Jenn Hand is the founder and Executive Director of the 501 (c)3 non-profit, Coming Alive Ministries.  Through this non-profit Jenn has traveled internationally and nationally providing trauma debriefing and training for victims in the aftermath of disasters such as earthquakes hurricanes and tornadoes.

Jenn likes to collect coffee mugs and drink strong black coffee in her free time.
In 2004 Jennifer graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Human Services from Tennessee Wesleyan University.  From 2004-2006 Jennifer attended Richmont Graduate University obtaining a Masters of Science in Psychological Studies.  Upon graduation Jennifer lived in Nepal, training national counselors and social workers in trauma work.
In 2009 Jenn returned to America receiving her second Master’s Degree from Richmont Graduate University:   Masters of Arts in Professional Counseling.  This master’s degree included a specialized certification in Trauma, training with professors from the world renown Trauma Institute in Boston.
In 2017, Jenn walked into her her first yoga class, having no idea where it would lead. After immersing herself in a regular practice for nearly a year, she was encouraged to share her gifts and love of yoga and enroll in a Yoga Teacher Training program. In 2018 Jenn earned her RYT 200 from Infinity Yoga at Yoga East Ooltewah. She is excited to use her yoga training combined with the psychological training to help the whole person.
