I have always loved moving my body, which is why I grew up dancing and studied dance in college. During college is when I found my love for yoga. However, I truly began my yoga journey when I graduated, which led me to pursue my 230 hour teacher training from Asheville Yoga Center in 2014. I am so excited to have the opportunity to share this amazing practice with others. There is something so powerful and balancing about linking movement with the breath, and I hope to bring people into the present by focusing on the breath and moving into the body. Yoga has taught me to breathe deeply, enjoy each moment, and to greet each day with an open heart and mind. My hope is to bring joy, health, and harmony into the lives of others and to inspire them to move and groove on and off the mat.
