I have been passionate about teaching yoga since 2006.
I teach because everyone deserves a safe space to relax and get in tune with their mind and body.
It puts a smile on my face when I see the positive effect I have on my students and their lives.
My style of teaching is hands-on with a mix of creative yoga poses which are inspired by my 23 years of dance background. The focus is more on healing and rejuvenation: the connection of mind and spirit.
Practicing gentle yoga and yin, I found that I was able to recover from my aches and pains even faster.
I felt even happier and stronger because gentle yoga gives me time to heal and recharge myself.
I would like to share my tranquil experience with everyone.
